CHILDREN'S PARTIES
BOOK YOUR PARTY TODAY
You invite the guests and let us do the hard work! The birthday party staff will plan and Implement your party from start to finish. With 5 different themes to choose from you will be able to find one that suits your child! We have packages available for children between the ages of 4 and 13 years.
Our activities last one hour so allow two hours for the party so the children can have breaks for food and other party activities as required. Best of all, we will serve food and clear up the mess. Parents must provide their own cakes and candles.
Booking your Kids Party has never been easier. Simply contact reception on 022 50757 or call into us and our receptionist will answer any queries and note your requirements. You need to be a member of the sports complex in order to make a booking, which is €20 for the year. These parties have become very popular so make your arrangements well in advance. Parties are limited by the availability of the facility and staff. When the booking is being made a €40 deposit is taken which comes straight off the bill. You will then receive a letter of confirmation for your party. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 3 days before the party.
PARTY ACTIVITIES
There are 5 parties to choose from:
1. Ultimate GAA
Let your birthday child and friends experience the magic of GAA through the fun and enjoyment of activities such as mini games, skill awards and enjoyable drills.
2. Bouncing Castle
For unlimited Fun, Bouncy Castles are the best in Kids Entertainment. Bouncy Castles are great fun for all ages. We can run games in one half of the hall in addition to the Bouncy Castle.
3. Party Games Galore
At your party we will lead and supervise a variety of active birthday party games such as relay races and musical chairs. We can also take suggestions from the special birthday person. After the games we celebrate with party food and end with opening presents.
4. Multisports
At our party we will lead and supervise a variety of lead up games and competitive play centred on the specific sport chosen. Sports ideas include Soccer, Hockey, Cricket and many more.
5. Arty Party
Bring out the artist in little girls and boys with an arts and crafts birthday party. Ideas chosen by the birthday child allowing each guest to create their own masterpiece.
PARTY PRICES - ACTIVITIES
Party up to 15 children with one staff member (GAA games, multisports - €60
Party 15 - 30 children with 2 staff members - €75
Party with Bouncing Castle up to 15 children with one staff member - €70
Party with Bouncing Castle and activities up to 30 kids with 2 staff members - €95
Extra staff members are charged at €15 per hour
If you want an hour and a half downstairs in the astroturf then you will be charged time and a half. Please make this clear at time of booking.
Parties for up to 15 children are booked into half a hall, bookings between 15 - 30 children will be booked into the full hall with 2 member of staff.
PARTY PRICES - CATERING
The room hire is just €10, we will set up decorations and balloons to create a party atmosphere. Party food is at a cost of €4 per child which includes chips and chicken goujons. In addition to this dessert is an extra €2 per child, and consists of jelly and ice cream. Party sweets and drinks can be ordered at an extra cost. Cleaning of the room after your party is included in the room hire charge.
PARTY BAGS
Party Bags can be provided to give to Kids at the end of your Party. Each Party Bag has 4 edible items and 1 toy. Party Bags are just €2.00 per child plus one free for the birthday child.
